Emphasis is placed on incorporating marginalized people into development interventions and into mainstream economy.

We foster a collaborative platform 
For building strategic, multi sectoral stakeholder partnerships with disadvantaged communities, to advance the long term empowerment of rural people. IYO also participate in evidence based research and advocacy in order to influence the current dialogue and public policy agendas relevant to rural development.

The Sustainable Development Goals or Global Goals are a collection of 17 interlinked global goals designed to be a "blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all". The SDGs were set up in 2015 by the United Nations General Assembly and are intended to be achieved by the year 2030.

Lindiwe has a solid financial background of over 15 years, trained as accountant and managed accounts departments of multinational companies in the FMCG. Resilient skill set of project finance management and Negotiation skill. A business woman with entrepreneurial agility. She serves in House of Mandela Family Foundation and she is chairperson of INDONI YUBUNTU.Org. Passionate about development of young women.
